For all the "Buff Wannabes" of the world....

I hope that all of you who selflessly volunteer your time, talents and energy in service to others will share some of your experiences with us.

We've all been there, so we know that you have stories that are funny, sad, confusing, frustrating, uplifting, inspiring..... well, you get the picture. The stories are as unique as the volunteers that have lived them.

We'd love to hear from you. There are eight of us, and none of us are shy about giving advice, if that's what you feel you need. Between us, we have sixteen arms for hugging, sixteen shoulders for crying on (or for carrying you when you don't think you can go any further on your own), sixteen ears for listening, and eight mouths for laughing (which we find helpful when something is funny and also as a way to make the difficult times just a little easier.) We laugh a lot, and hope you will, too. :)
